Actually, we are never given the full extent of the damage that the 5th Luna
drop caused, although it seems that it was more to scare the Feds than to
cause damage. Now Axis, though not larger than a colony, is also denser
since colonies are hollow. Then there's the nuclear stockpile that Char and
co. stashed in Axis.
