Totally not! The impact of colony drops from series to series are almost
never consistent. I guess inter-series inconsistency (colony drops,
accidental nuclear detonation from exploding MS, and Gundam geneology) are
more acceptable than intra-series inconsistency (0083 and ZZ's colony
drops).
CCA is also very screwy, they dropped a small astroid, which was much more
massive than an intact colony, but that only took out a Fed base neatly.
