Dual (aka Dual Parallel Trouble Adventure) is okay. Not for everyone - but I
like it. Think of it as Tenchi in an Eva scenario with a straight story that
you have to watch from beginning to end (no side-story eps.). More fun than
serious viewing.

Not mecha centered but features mecha: Vandread's pretty good. Try Ordian
too. My personal fave currently is Gatekeepers - features some mecha only by
episode 13, but still is one of the better gems out there.
