Okay, this is a good argument for that half-assed move. True, if Kou was in
anything less, Cima would have shot right through his cockpit...but the
other argument is that Cima may not have targeted him, because the gundam
wasn't being used. in which case, Cima would have zeroed in on burning.
but that may have ended her career, since Burning was obviously a good
pilot.
