Tech question that's been bugging me for a while. The Gundam Mark II, which
was built on the Movable Frame concept, is described in Mechadomain as being
armored with titanium and composite armor plating, which quickly became
outdated when Gundarium was introduced. Was the Mark II's basic armor ever
upgraded? G-Defensor was supposedly built of Gundarium, so obviously
Anaheim could produce the stuff. So, why couldn't Anaheim fabricate a set
of replacement armor for the Mark II? The movable frame construction should
make swapping the old armor for the new armor fairly simple. Did this ever
happen in Z Gundam or ZZ Gundam?
