Actually, I haven't seen it myself, I'm just making this observation from
summaries I've read of it. It does take place after V Gundam, but the EF is
still alive in Victory Gundam-barely. They have a few GMs in the series,
both of which seem to have been inspired by the F91.

When did it take place? After V gundam? For some reason, I didn't think the
EF was even around then.
