just because it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck
does not mean it is a duck. in other words: not everything is as it seems.
like ballpen guns, or ballpen knives, like weapons which exist only on paper
and plastic, and whose designs are taken from RL guns, but are powered
personally, i find it logical. nothing is fact until the creator says so.
in this case, bandai. now, the real life counterpart of the rifle in
question is a shell-firing weapon. but then, that's human sized. i
actually think that when the rifle gets larger, it makes more sense for it
to be a beam weapon. can you imagine the stress of a large calibre weapon
going full auto?
