Maybe, but then again, the Gelgoogs of Cima's fleet all have beam rifles and
their basically pirates. Also, there should already be quite a few around
as the feds have at least four types of beam rifles - the original one of
the Gundam, the one of the Gundacnnon, the one used on the ground (08th MS),
and the Alex's (which I think is a prototype for e-pack technology) not
counting beam spray guns of the GMs.
