I too have discovered that these candies don't appear to be candy at all...I
have a firm suspicion that its left over plastic residue/goo from the model
manufacture process... :P So theoretically you could scratch-build with
enough of the stuff...just apply heat...

Subject: [gundam] HG system injection; Bandai candy

To anyone who has built the HG MK-II, Z, or ZZ:

These kits have the cool System Injection molding, with the exhaust vents,
apogee nozzles, joints etc molded in yellow or grey on top of the white main
molding. Since painting these details are a PAIN in 1/144 scale, would it
look lame if I left like that?

To anyone who has tasted the mini aspirins (candy?) that come with Bandai
candy toys (Gundam/Ultraman/Godzilla etc.):

These candies seem less than suitable for human consumption; any ideas on
alternate uses for them?
