The HiZack has a beam sabre in addition to its Heat Hawk. As for why? Why
not. You can never have too many weapons ;p
As for beam weaponry, you have to remember, its 8 years newer technology
than the originally Zaku 2... the HiZack appeared in UC0087.

Oh, and in response the original post on the location of the beam sabre, I
just checked Burke's mechadomain, and what do I find, but:
Fixed armaments: 1 x beam saber, stored in recharge rack in waist armor

So there we go. I trust Burke on this one, so there's our answer =)
