But definitely!

Jacob Wheeler's "Magic" leaves most Americans cold -- I don't think I've ever
seen anyone on this ML post in its favor. Ditto Warren Weibe's "Human Touch" ED
for Gundam X -- an otherwise excellent soundtrack, by the way. Didn't care for
the series that much, but I just love the BGM, especially the Prelude/7th Space
War that plays during the historical recap that precedes the OP -- brilliant!
"Magic" is Track 2 on Disc 1 of the two-CD box set (Victor VICL-40038/9 or Son
May SM-186/7), which includes all of the music from the series plus the two
songs ("Mon Etoile" and "True Shining") that Rumiko Wada sang for the
compilation movie, so it's easy enough to skip over it. If you can't stand the
instrumental version, that's Track 14 on Disc 2, a little harder to skip unless
you're [A] very attentive and quick or [B] can program your CD player to do it
for you.
