Sounds like Ehrgeiz to me (junkyard mechs).
It would be interesting to read/see more of the OYW infantry like the
Feddies doing the "Takeyari attack" (sp?) on a Dom in the MS Era 0099 book.
I'm imagining "Saving Private Wiseman".
