Not unless you actually PAY them. The presence of the copyright symbol is
an acknowledgement of ownership and an indication that the item in question
is properly licensed from the copyright holder. Using the symbol without
actually having a license is a crime (fraud) above and beyond the unlicensed
use of copyrighted material (piracy).
I am not a lawyer, but as I recall all Gundam material is licensed by the
Sotsu Agency and you need their logo in addition to the copyright notice.
