No, you're thinking of Kimitoshi Yamane (who _did_ design all the
Guymelefs in Escaflowne, too, as well as all the vehicles in 08th MS Team
and sundry background mecha in G Gundam). As Scott says, Junya Ishigaki
did almost all the enemy mobile suits in V Gundam, except for the Gedlav,
Zolo, Zolo, Zoloatt and Tomliatt. Hajime Katoki, meanwhile, did all the
Gundams and all the ships for V Gundam.
