Her name isn't given; all the references identify only as "Navigator"....
I agree with you that she certainly looks more interesting than Aina Sakhalin,
Karen Joshua or Kiki Logita. Her air of confidence and competence reminds me of
Kanuka Clancy, my favorite character from Patlabor, and Z Gundam's Mouar
Pharoah, one of my favorite women of Gundam.
