Well a little more research and asking around turned up the following
partial translation:
"Something about Rick Dias having Gundam MK2, Metas and Wave Rider in the
same base complex and some other the transportation.."
Sounds to me like its talking about the Rick Dias, Gundam Mk.2, Metas
(Katakana says Metasu .. my guess is Methuss) and Wave Rider in the same
ship, or possible the Kabala base on Earth? I've only seen about 1/3rd of
Zeta so not sure.
Looking at the later picture provided, though, my guess is this is just a
highly stylized Zeta Gundam. The V-Fin is dead on from the stock Zeta, and
the chest looks exactly the same ... only the oddly elongated head and the
red chin throw it off. It certainly can't be a Zetaplus, since only the Zeta
has that distinctive horned quad v-fin style.
So given all that, and until we get a full translation, i'm saying this is
someone's (most like Kobayashi's) very stylized take on the Zeta.
