Yes, it is "Supah-Uppah", or more accurately a bad mispronounciation of
Super-Upper. I too thought it was Super Napalm thanks to the fansubs, but
now that I know the truth, its quite easy to hear the Supah-Uppah! in there.
Doesn't sound as cool but thats what they intended so such is life =)
