Okie.. a bit of a stretch, but maybe it's possible. Trying to fill
such an apparently large beam saber with plasma might be a bit impossible,
at any rate.

Ah... is that possible? Plasma got hot because the particles
recieved energy during the fusion process that heats and speeds it up
sufficiently, but is that possible when we are accelerating Minovsky
particles, presumably in a EM accelerator?
