I don't see the problem, it's quite common for finished models to be sold on
Japanese auction sites, and for REALLY high prices. I'd just about pay $30
for the parts, and the model looks nicely built. The business about it
being the only one in the world, well if it's built of course it's unique.
I think it's more of a language barrier thing than anything else, the seller
is in Norway.
