Cecily Fairchild, the female lead in F91, eventually inherits Cosmo Babylon
when her grandfather Meitzer Ronah dies. Her father Karozo Ronah aka Iron
Mask already died in F91. Cecily decide to renouce the "Aristocracy Rule"
mentality of Crossbone Vanguard, and the Cosmo Babylon collapse (in part due
to influence by Jupiter Empire). The ramnant Vanguard forces who are loyal
to Cecily joins her in waging the unseen war against the Jupiter Empire, who
have been pulling strings from afar. They became Space Pirates...

No, by that time, most of their fuel goes to Colony, who have gain
significant independence from Federation already. Their ultimate goal has
always to reclaim Earth (the only natural habitat for Human).
