Norris Packerd, he was a retainer of Aina's Family and had taken care of her
and her brother. His relationship with her is more of a
(foster)father - daughter relationship. I don't think that he has a rivalry
with Shiro based on this and in fact seems to accept that Aina has a Feddie
lover, even sacrificing himself in battle with Shiro to fullfill Aina's
wish.

Subject: [gundam] Amuro's implant in CCA

Indeed, the Psycho-Frame is composed of microchips used to pick up the
pilot's
brainwave. Yet I clearly remember that during the discussion I mentioned,
the
notion of brain cells rejecting "the implant" did surface. Moreover, the
slide
show that the three of them go through seems to depict microscopic devices
placed
between cell-like, living objects. All these point to a possibility of
Amuro
going through an implantative surgery.
