Then you shouldn't even bring up the topic in the first place - there
will NEVER be any concrete proof on Newtype, because Tomino never intend the
theory to go so "far", not to mention the series itself. Try thinking back
to F91 and V Gundam, both are the more recent work done by Tomino in the UC
timeline. Both had pretty much hold NT to just enhanced senses and can
communicate via NT power. I believe he is trying to get the NT god-like
powers away from the series, so people like Mr. Zhou wouldn't argue on
something as "unimportant" as whether Char and Amuro is as powerful NT as
Camille or Judo. Tomino mostly use NT as a plot device so it give the
audience a reason on why the main character is so powerful, and use it as
the symbol of today's world - Newtype is probably the next step toward a
better understanding between people yet it is being used as a tool of war.

But to a lot of people, including myself, that you are sounding like OJ
Simpson - everybody but the legal system know he is guilty, yet there is no
good evidence to send him to jail for murder...

You remember what Char said when Char destroy the missile, right? I
believe he's commenting on how smart Bright is, in using the nuclear armed
missiles in separate group, and that if he didn't destroy the missiles
(mostly just because he can and he doesn't want them to damage Axis too
much, not because he know there's nuclear missiles in there), his plan would
be ruined...
