Indeed. But Bio-sensor really cannot explain what happened at the end of
Victory Gundam, where the technology seemed to have been lost (or it has
been more refined into standard psycommu technology). One explaination of
all of this might be that he is indirectly using Angel Halo's massive
psycommu hardware to see the deads.
But from the standpoint of how some people were using bio-sensor...
Paptimus Scirocco was using the bio-sensor in his mobile suit "The O" to
stun his opponent..
