Both Char and Amuro are not NTs with powerful psycho-wave emission compared to the
likes of Sirocco, Hamaan, Camille, Judo, Puru II, and Quess. That is why both of
them required substantial reinforcements to the psycommu systems in their exclusive
units. The Nu Gundam's Beam Barrier, erected by Fin Fannels, is not quite related
to Amuro's NT abilities: placing four fannels at the vortices of a pyramid cannot be
harder than performing an All-Range attack. Nevertheless, these two pilots are
undisputedly ranked among the highest order of UC pilots simply because of their
superior maneuvering skills -- psycho-wave emission is just one of the many factors
in gauging an NT pilot's overall ability.

Please enlighten me on this one. The grenade that "sank" Alpha Azieru, a.k.a. the
most useless MA ever created, was fired by Chien, so how is Quess not a victim of
Chien's?
