Bleach works, I've used it before. I actually soaked the parts in pure
bleach, so I'm not sure abou the mixture. I'd suggest being careful, it's
likely that it will degrade some types of plastic. It will also work for
unglueing stuff, believe it or not. I've disassembled models that we glued
together pretty tightly by soaking them in bleach for a day.
