At one of the AnimeExpos (I think it was 1997) someone was dressed as an SD
Gundam. The proportions were accurate the SD models and the head vulcan
cannons even worked. They fired ping pong balls IIRC.

Check out AnimeExpo's web site I'm sure the still have some photos up.

premiere of the MSG movies in Japan. Some very nice costumes! One guy was
dressed as a Zaku and it was very impressive! Sorry, I wish I had a
