Nope, at least none was announced - when the SD Wing kits came out they
gave away tiny little SD MA kits, but those aren't considered part of the
lineup. The SD GP03D came out more as a result of the GP01Fb and GP02A's
given the SD treatment.

eBay used to have quite a few of those, but not these days. In fact I think
Thomas had one up less than a year ago.
