That GP03 is faster than GB-Tetra is debateable. GB-Tetra is ranked one of the
fastest units in the 0083 universe, in which N-Ziel is undoubtedly the fastest,
according to various sources. With a rather unbalanced weight distribution and an
exhaustive engine set, GP03 has considerable disadvantages in itself -- not to
mention its mass.
