I suspect the biggest reason GP03 is so big is beacuse of the I-Field
generator...
plus not every one is Amuro...Even a pilot like Kou can do large amounts of
damage. The GP03D went into a fleet of ships and easily tear a hole right
through the formation. 1 of them is a suffient tactical advantage..
