The description you give is an accurate description of the Goblin,
but the Stuka is, if I remember this correctly, a command type Goblin
that is also referred to as the Goblin type D, although I might have
that backwards and the Stuka could be the type A standard troop
version. At any rate they are both (at least according to
Kotobukiya's 1/100 and 1/220 kits) PKW-109A/D.

The only difference between the two suits id the shoulders and calves
and backpack add-on units, otherwise they are the same suit.
