the best way to get a good looking panel line is to use a REALLY thin brush
and buy enamel paint + paint thinner. thin it out about 50/50, dab your
brush in, and then gently go around the panel line. you'll find that when
your brush hits, the paint will almost run itself across the line and any
excess, just wipe with a cotton swab dipped with thinner + water (if you use
straight thinner, it'll take off your paint alot of the times)...
