Keep in mind that a dropping colony is also probably going alot slower than the
doomsday asteroids that have been such a populer topic in the movies lately. The
tremendous speed as well as the mass of a (Mostly solid iron) asteroid is what
makes it so deadly. A colony is mostly air.
