  I did a little browsing on Yahoo and came up with:

http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/ysearch/ysearch-06.html

which will give instructions on how you can 'suggest' that Yahoo add your
site in a particular category. They will review your site before linking it
in. Maybe I'll give this a try.
