Actually the book he's talking about is the 0083 100%
Newtype collection, and the only flag shown there is a
Federation (Brazil) flag. There are 4 flags on ploes to
the right of the Fed emblem, but they are at rest, and
look like colorful tents, you can't make them out. The
large table they sign at is in the middle of the room, I
see two admirals, and 11 other officers, the two low
ranking Zeons visible are two Lietenant Colonels off
to the right. For the feds the only difference is wether
or not they have braids on their shoulder or not. There
are 6 civillians on the main standing area that are not
photographers, there are 27 officers on the same dias.
Seems like another cease fire maybe.
