The 1/144 scale kit comes with optional parts so you can build a GK-style
fixed pose D-Hell Custom (that's why the kit was dubbed a "Fighting Action
kit"). The 1/100 scale kit does not have such an option.
The 1/100 scale kit also comes with a figure of Duo, which is not included
in the 1/144 scale kit. The Metal Clear edition of the 1/144 kit has both
color plated and translucent parts, while the HK exclusive plated 1/100 scale
kit only has plating (and pretty ugly colors at that - the black plating is
not as good looking as the Metal Clear's, and I think the whole kit was
plated in black and chrome, no other colors IIRC.
