Just in from Asahiya:

Gundam Mechanics IV (1999.8.31, Hobby Japan, ISBN4-89425-208-2) 96 pages

As you can see, the Romanized spellings are somewhat at variance here with
what a native English speaker might expect -- Shaclz, not Shackles -- and
what most fans regard as the Sturm Dias is given here as Schuzrum Dias. On
the other hand, the spellings are consistent with other "official"
Romanizations I've seen with two exceptions: Base Jaber, which is usually
Romanized as either Jobber or Jabber, and Medo, which is usually Romanized
as Medd.
