Actually, that's the Blowsperior, one of the MOSPEADA bike types (the others
are the Battler and Fuke (after the character who rides it)). As for 'Perfect
Mounting Real
Change,' that's just common toy box 'Japlish,' as one of my friends called it.
Blowsperior is probably also Japlish for that matter.
