Actually there's a lot of comestic differences between the Heavy Gun from F91
and the Hardygun from SF91. Take a look at p14 of the MS Handbook you get
from the NeoGundam kit, the two were next to each other and you can see how
much more detail Kunio Okawara added to the original design. The Heavy Gun's
grenade rack mounts 4 smaller ones, whereas the Hardygun's mounts 3 bigger
ones. The Hardygun's shoulder has also been enlarged to accommodate
additional verniers, chest vent is more slanted, overall the body is more
sleek and less boxy like the Heavy Gun. It even has an added hand guard
with either verniers or vulcans mounted on it. I didn't bother to check the
stats, but I am pretty sure the Hardygun has better performance too. This
kit also happens to be a bestseller at Pony Toys when they were still in
business - they kept restocking it whenever possible.
