Bandai just didn't want to admit exactly what type of Gelgoog
Gato piloted.

The recently issued plated version of Gato's Gelgoog MG kit,
although based off the same mold as Char's MS-14S MG Gelgoog,
was simply referred to as "MS-14 Gato's Customize Mobile Suit"
(sic). Even the MS Data File card that came with the kit
identified it as merely MS-14. No S suffix or YMS prefix.

For stat hounds, here's the low down:

- Model Number: MS-14
- Height: 19.2 meters
- Dry weight: 42.1 ton
- Full weight: 73.3 ton
- Main Thrust: 61,500 kg

The Gato figure was molded in clear plastic, like the reissued
1/20 scale character figures. What's really cool about this
one is that Gato's legs are positioned so they are not in the
same plane if you look from the side - one leg is positioned
slightly forward while the other slightly backward. Someone
must have told Bandai that these figures have trouble standing
and they finally fixed it.
