SAL can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. I've received SAL packages
from Rainbow Ten that showed up within 2 weeks of shipping, but I've also
waited over 5 weeks for one. It all depends on the time of the year I guess.
As the Holidays approach, there are more packages in the system, so you can
expect to wait even longer for items shipped via SAL.
