The Flat showed up briefly in the prologue that started episode one, and you
get to see it mostly buried in the end of episode 1 or 2... it showed up
in action during later episode as well, but by then they were used by the
Moon Race. Roland has been piloting the Turn A since the beginning of the
conflict.
