the Macross II valks are comparable in height to the VF-1. The 2JA is 13
meters tall, and the standard 2SS (for some odd reason, you never see a
"standard" 2SS in the series) is 14. They'd be pretty decent sized MG kits,
but you're right, 1/72 would make it easier and less flimsy than a 1/100
would be.
