Well, if you look at the History of DiC, you'll notice that they started out
as, for all intents and purposes, as a French Owned Anime studio. Their
first two productions were Ulysses 31 and Mysterious Cities of Gold. Then
they made Inspector Gadget, and went downhill from there...
