I have a GameShark too, but it does not bypass territorial lockouts.
I assumed he needs the code to bypass the TERRITORIAL CHECK, not a mod chip
check because I have the game too and it does not lock out if it senses
the presence of a mod chip.

That trick doesn't quite work if the game uses redbook audio for BGM tracks.
I am surprised people are still using this trick, when easier and better
means of bypassing territorial lockouts are easily accessible and quite
