I only have one problem with Turn-X and that's the name.
"Turn-A" is a way to verbalize the "For All" symbol, an inverted A.
But an inverted X is ... an X.
In fact, you can flip or rotate an X 90° on either axis and you'll still
have an X.
A plus sign (+) might be considered a Turned X, but not an X....
