It depends on you luck really. If the game has Japanese encoded files,
then your computer cant read them no matter what type of decoder you
have. there is also the fact that J win has a few more files than the
US counterpart that'll screw that part of it as well also.

In other words, while you CAN buy it for use in US Win, first check with
the others to make sure. If you dont want to do this, I suggest you
pluck down the money to get J Win (like I did)
