If they are not the Endless Waltz "Fighting Action" HG kits then chances
are the obsolete kis from Wing are being dumped... watch for G Gundam kits
in 1:144 scale, as those are from the bottom of the barrel.

The American branch of Bandai also tried to put Gundam on TV, but no one
bited, so they released it on home video by themselves. Which is a good
thing. Imagine Gundam being bought by Disney, only to languish like
Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball, or even Princess Mononoke (releasing the 2nd
highest grossing film in Japan around Halloween through its "indie" branch
Miramax in limited release? Man, Disney sure is going out of its way to kill
any possible threat from Japan)

Wonderful, the guy in charge of what to put out hasn't even seen his product
yet. He's relying on marketing numbers alone?

The two companies probably weren't interested because Bandai requires any
potential buyer to purchase the entire Gundam saga even if they were only
interested in one or a few series.
