If you're referring to the B&W ads in the back section of the magazine,
chances are it's a resin kit and you probably won't see it in a U.S. store
(maybe NewType Hobbies of San Francisco or Heroes Club... a big MAYBE).

Can't help you there, I get most of my supplies from Pony Toys (R.I.P.)
and was able to get replenishment from local stores, never had a need to
shop online for supplies. I've also heard that paints are no longer
imported by stores because it's "flammable". Talk about being ridiculous...
>3) Any recommandations for good online Resin Garage Kits stores?

Heroes Club - overpriced recasts
NewType Hobbies - I don't think they're online yet, but they do have good
deals on stuff they're blowing out. I've got a JAF-CON Matilda
GK for an insanely low price from them a few years ago.
HobbyLink Japan - keeps stock or can get most current releases, and have
some surprise oldies too
Rainbow Ten - can get most current releases, dunno about oldies.
