I was referring to the criteria of selecting a design to be released as a
HGUC kit. Since the Dom and Guntank from 08th MS Team never appeared as a
"first grade" kit like the GunCannon, Gyan, Zaku III, or Quebeley, it's less
likely to debut as a HGUC kit.
