The later MSV kits all came with the specs sheet, because Bandai found it too
costly to print the deluxe style assembly manual (which I venture to guess is
what the MG manuals use as a blueprint) and started printing assembly
instructions in 1 color, plain sheet and seperated the mecha specs onto a
single cardboard sheet which was hole punched and would fit nicely in a
folder. This resulted in the bizarre inconsistency between the early half
and the later half of the MSV kits' accompanying papers.
